Bistro and bar of the Hôtel Le Monal, in Sainte-Foy village on the main road between Bourg and Val d'Isère.

Savoyard classics — fondue, raclette au lait cru, tartiflette — alongside steaks, salads and wood-fired-style pizzas, including one made with goat's cheese from Villaroger.

The hotel also has a separate restaurant and cellar dining room for evenings.

Dinner and peak-season lunch bookings are recommended due to high demand.

*Le Monal operates standard service throughout the winter ski and summer hiking seasons, but briefly closes during off-peak inter-seasons (typically mid-to-late May and late October to mid-November).
