Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. They open one link on any phone or laptop. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.
Does it work without phone signal?
Yes. Once a guest has opened your guide with signal, it keeps working offline, including the map and opening hours.
Can I add my own chalet or business?
On Agency, yes. Your own place is pinned at the top of your lists and only appears on your guides, never in the public Alpage guide.
Who keeps the opening hours up to date?
We do. Alpage checks hours, phone numbers and seasonal closures across the valley, so your guide stays current without you lifting a finger.
Can I cancel or pause?
Yes, any time from your account. Many hosts pause outside the season and pick back up in December.
