About
The Coopérative Laitière de Haute Tarentaise is the valley’s cheese co-operative, opposite Bourg-Saint-Maurice railway station.
It makes Beaufort AOP on site from the milk of 47 local producers.
The shop also sells the co-op’s mountain butter, fondue mix and spreads such as crème de Beaufort.
In the same building is its restaurant, La Table de la Coop.
